Actually, while it is preferable to obtain new drivers from HP's website, you'll notice at the link you provided that the only available options for this printer under Windows 7 are universal drivers. I routinely run into problems with universal drivers and strongly recommend avoiding them whenever possible.
I share the original poster's question, which, after more than 2 years, remains unanswered by Microsoft. It would seem that MS does have an updated 3015-specific (not universal) PCL 5 driver, but it fails to install via the Windows Update control panel. I finally gave up on it, right-clicked on the update, and selected the option to hide it from view.
Why bother with a solution when I can just use Microsoft's handy 'Sweep-It-Under-The-Rug' button?
