Hp Deskjet 6940 Troubleshooting
I have a problem printer.
It is a HP DeskJet 6940 inkjet printer.
The resume light, the arrow on the panel
is always on and the printer is not responding
to any other action.
I downloaded the manual here:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DocumentIndex.jsp?contentType=SupportManual&lang=en&cc=us&docIndexId=64179&taskId=135&prodTypeId=18972&prodSeriesId=468001
The drivers for the printer are here:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?prodNameId=468003&lang=en&cc=us&taskId=135&prodTypeId=18972&prodSeriesId=468001
but the resume light on all the time is not listed in the manual.
Anyone have a solution for this problem?
Thanks
Barney.
